Site Info:

Domain name: usagrantsreview.info

IP Address: 64.247.36.233

Related sites: unknown

Type: Affiliate landing page leading to grant scam sites:
  • Free Grant Solutions (urls: https://grantsearch.securemediabox.com/?file=index_v2.html and http:www.grantfundingsearch.com)
  • The Grant Approval Network (url: https://grantmoney.secureorderhub.com)
Whois information: private registration, but here.

Other Info:

Typical affiliate-to-scam landing page. They provide three links to their 'top picks' but two of the three link to the same grant scampany. As seen with many other of these affiliate pages, they are trying hard to gain your trust:
Every day we receive countless emails asking for our top rated programs to find free government grants. Since we are a consumer advocacy group, we are only listing programs below that are completely free Limited Supply of Free Government Grants Available
Yeah right. Speak English? In their footer, they (dis)claim:
This site provides grant information as a service to the community. We do not endorse any of the companies, products, or services mentioned.
A service to the community would be to shut your site down and to speak out against these grant scam practices.

Another interesting fact about this site is that they use PPC marketing in Google; in the image below they are the first ad listed:
As you can see they're in top position of the column appearing next to the Google search results, meaning they pay near-premium ad fees for these ads in Google Adwords.

What is also interesting to note is that due to the slow redirect, I was able to see the intermediate URL for the affiliate link, and in this case these grant scampanies apparently use the self-proclaimed 'high volume performance-based affiliate network' Diablo Media LLC:

On their website, the Denver, CO based Diablo team explains:
[...] In addition, our success is built on a foundation of honesty and reputable advertising practices. We respect and follow all FTC rules and regulations and staying 100% CAN SPAM compliant is a prerequisite that we require for not only our staff, but also our partners.
Honesty and reputable advertiser practices? Well then, done deal Diablo, kill the grant scam affiliate programs that are ripping off US Consumers!

also if anyone ask you for credit card info, its a sure fire red flag that its a scam becasue if its debt we need to know aboout, then we can find that out in other ways besides giving out our credit card information. its like some one applying for a loan for a car and before you even see the new car or the money you give them a copy of your car keys and your address and expect them not to show up when you arent around and steal your car.
