They reserve the right to change the 'Agreement' at any time - this would include the monthly fees, add-on and 'bonus' services, etc:
EZ Grant Pro Grant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If at any time you deem the modification to be unacceptable to you, termination of this agreement is your only recourse. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.
Their address / contact info mentions an address in Salt Lake city, UT, but this is what can be found in the fine print:
By execution of this Agreement you hereby consent and agree that any and all disputes that arise concerning this Agreement or any of the terms of this Agreement, or that concern any aspect of the relationship between Client and Company, shall be decided exclusively in binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association ('AAA'). Client and Company further consent and agree that Client may file their complaint with the AAA in their state, but that all AAA arbitration hearings shall be conducted in Evanston, WY, where Company is headquartered and located, before a single AAA arbitrator.
And for the kicker, this can also be found in the fine print, similar to the disclaimer found on many of the other scam site:
Without limiting the foregoing, the EZ Grant Pro Grant Businesses do not represent or warrant that the information on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, useful, timely or current or that this website will operate without interruption or error.

Other Info:

The footer of the ezgrantpro.com site shows a company name in the footer:
©Lead Source Solutions 2008
A Google search shows us that there are several other sites with the company name in the footer:

fattenupyourwallet.com AKA 'Ebay secrets revealed'
leadsourcesolutionsdebt.com AKA 'Debt Eater'

Both of these sites use the same contact info as the grant scam sites.

Well, if Google pays you 1000s of dollars for easy stuff, then what is the point of the $1.97 for shipping and handling. LoL. Even on the sites that have positive comments about this "game", there is no way you can add your comment. Guess why? I don't know how these people live! I would suffer rather than stealing peoples' money.

Bless you all. Stay safe.
